Oct 14-And so it begins....

Welcome to our home-away-from-home!  The RV was christened “Moby Dick” or “The  White Whale” by our family last summer. Today it begins an epic journey, and we are along for the ride.

We left home about 1:30 this afternoon, and arrived at my family’s farm near Fort Benton at 7 PM, just in time for a delicious chili supper. The trip went well, even though the wind was blowing east of the mountains (imagine that!).  Tomorrow will be a day of rest, and we’ll take off again Monday morning. See you then!
